What a great time we all had at Idaho’s Annual State Meeting. Thank you to each of you who attended
and participated! We are able to accomplish great things as a team. You all have so much to be proud
of. Your chapter Presidents sparkled as they gave their reports. We celebrate where we’ve been and
look forward to great tomorrows! Be sure to check out www.IdahoWCR.com for all the meeting photos.
This year we were also blessed to have members from six states in attendance and three guest
speakers. See page 2.
In time honored tradition, our reception was a huge success! Jeri Jorgenson and Nikki Boyd put
together a Mediterranean menu. Carrie Hasselbring and Tonya Backus went on the shopping
expedition. “How many tomatoes did you say we needed?” Needless to say, we had never actually
purchased that much fresh parsley or tomatoes! Once the groceries were hauled in the preparation
began. You’ve got to see the photos www.IdahoWCR.com We had so many of you at the house
helping. Our National President dices a mean tomato! She was even spotted doing dishes. This event
took many hours by many people. I would like to thank Dianne Edwards again for being there with
everything from her food processor to fresh herbs to donating the wine. She even brought fresh
flowers for the table! Many of you requested the recipes; they can be found in Member Scrapbook
at www.IdahoWCRcom . Enjoy!

Evaluation forms are so important and what we use to determine how to get better.
I’d like to share that information. 86% said they liked the new 4 hour format. 60%
said they would like our meeting to be a full day and would pay up to $50 if lunch
was included. 83% said that a speaker does not have to provide CE credits to be of
great value. “What did you like best about the meeting?” The speakers; that the
meeting ran on time and moved quickly. The WCR experience ranged from new this
year to 15 years. Comments were to be sure and not overlap IAR functions and if we
go to a full day some CE credits would be a nice added value.
