What an amazing time we had in Washington D.C. for midyear. There is
something special about being in our nation’s capital. It is one of my favorite
places to visit, but this year was better than ever. Just in case you haven’t
heard, Idaho rocks! All five of our chapters won an excellence award- four
golds and one silver. Canyon County Chapter won for best small chapter of
the nation, and we also won the State Chapter of the Year for the nation.
We were the only chapter in the nation to have 100% award winning
chapters. It was so much fun to see everyone on stage receiving their
awards, and being joined by our own Gail Hartnett, 2006 National President
representing Idaho.
It is so rewarding to see our goal being fulfilled—a network of strong
chapters that consistently deliver value and provide a collaborative, trusted,
welcoming environment in which members can achieve their business
goals.
A huge congratulations to Kori Merlino, 2006 Idaho State Chapter
President, and all State and Local line officers. You guys are the best!
